The story so far: On Jan. 20, a convoy of SUVs similar to those driven by American security contractors blasted into a government compound in Karbala, Iraq. Some of the men inside wore U.S. military uniforms and spoke English, says a recently released report. As the first story ended, the attackers fired on two U.S. soldiers guarding the entrance, Spc.
