MEXICO CITY -- The Mexican government said Sunday it received a letter from a drug suspect alleging that millions of dollars seized at his house in March -- the largest drug-related cash seizure in history -- were in fact illegal ruling-party campaign funds.
"This affirmation is not only false, it is ridiculous," the attorney general's office said in a statement responding to a letter sent by Zhenli's U.S. lawyer to the Mexican Embassy in Washington.
EA- Hmmm, the attorney generals office involved in this, but why? lol. The US drug running business is massive, and includes the Mexican government.
